Continuous Cybercab production was a different milestone from the first unit

Continuous production suggests a process moving beyond a single demonstration build. It still does not reveal mature output, delivery availability or the proportion assigned to an internal fleet. Those distinctions matter to any outside buyer.
For the collective, this milestone would prompt a more detailed supply review: what can be ordered, on what terms and with what support? Manufacturing progress can reduce one uncertainty while leaving several commercial questions open. A credible fleet plan should identify which uncertainty has actually changed, rather than treating the word production as a complete readiness signal.
