Shared development can make two products technically related without making their operating permissions or user responsibilities identical. A consumer system can require supervision even while a separate fleet service operates under different conditions.
The collective’s analysis should therefore name the product and deployment being discussed. Evidence about software architecture is useful, but it does not remove the need to examine the actual service contract, operating area and support arrangements. This distinction keeps a technology timeline from becoming an accidental claim that every customer-owned Tesla can operate as an unattended taxi.
