Collective perspective
Entering another state gives a fleet operator a new set of local conditions to manage. It can broaden the opportunity, but the value of that opportunity depends on service coverage, support capacity and actual passenger demand.
For Cybercab Collective, Miami belongs in the operating-market research set rather than automatically in a procurement plan. A useful comparison with Austin would examine the same measures in both locations: availability, paid activity, empty travel and operating expense. Geographic expansion is a meaningful industry milestone; commercial access for an independent fleet remains a separate dependency.
