Collective perspective
A second or third operating market tests whether a service can be repeated beyond its initial setting. That includes support arrangements and passenger experience, not only the driving system. The existence of one city’s launch does not mean every part of the metro is covered.
For Cybercab Collective, Dallas is relevant as an operating market to study. We would still need local evidence about coverage, demand, fleet support and any access available to independent owners. A city launch strengthens the research case while leaving the project’s own participation dependent on commercial and operational agreements.
