1. Preliminary questionnaire only

Broodex, Inc uses the Cybercab Collective questionnaire to understand prospective interest. Answers are self-reported and are not verification, approval, suitability advice or a commitment. No payment or investment is accepted. Being at least 18 is a participation requirement for this Website, not an accreditation category.

2. Common U.S. individual categories

Under currently applicable U.S. rules, common individual categories include a net worth exceeding $1 million, alone or jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent, generally excluding the value of the primary residence and subject to the applicable treatment of related debt; or individual income exceeding $200,000, or joint income with a spouse or spousal equivalent exceeding $300,000, in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the applicable level in the current year.

Other categories include specified professional credentials in good standing, currently including Series 7, Series 65 and Series 82. Additional institutional, entity, insider and other categories have their own requirements. These examples are not an exhaustive definition; the applicable rule at the time of an actual offering governs.

3. Later verification

If a future offering relies on Rule 506(c), actual purchasers must be accredited and reasonable verification steps must be taken. That requirement is not satisfied merely by a Website checkbox or the amount selected on a slider. A separate approved process may use appropriate documents or qualifying professional confirmation. Do not send tax returns, statements, identity documents or account credentials through this lead form.

An accredited-investor designation is not government approval, a guarantee of expertise or suitability, or a protection against losing money. A person who qualifies may still be unable to bear illiquidity, losses or additional funding obligations.

4. Foreign purchasers and honest answers

Foreign purchasers included in the same Rule 506(c) offering would also need to meet its requirements. A separately structured offshore route may have different conditions, but foreign citizenship or residence alone does not establish eligibility. See the International Participation Notice.

Choose "Yes," "No," "Not sure" or an appropriate entity response truthfully. Do not change your answer simply to gain access. A "No" or "Not sure" answer does not create permission for us to sell securities to you; it may result in no investment-related follow-up.
