Influencer Application and Referral Terms
Invitation-only applications, nonbinding reward preferences and referral access.
Version 2026-09-07-legal-v5 · Effective date: September 7, 2026
1. Who operates this application
Broodex, Inc operates the Cybercab Collective Website and this invitation-only application. These terms supplement the Website Terms, Privacy Policy and Independence and Trademark Notice. The Website Terms contain an individual arbitration provision, exceptions and an opt-out in Section 12; nonwaivable rights remain protected.
Cybercab Collective is independent and is not associated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Cybercab is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. Applying does not create a relationship with Tesla, approve a Tesla campaign or give permission to imply its endorsement.
2. Invitation and application information
A platform invitation code gives access to the application. Codes may be shared with multiple invited applicants on the same platform; a code does not prove your identity, ownership of an audience or entitlement to a collaboration. Keep the invitation within the intended group. Broodex may expire or revoke codes to protect the application and manage invitations.
Provide accurate name, email, residence country, social-profile links, audience information, preferred referral tag and compensation preferences. Optional average views, audience countries, proposed promotion and a public media-kit URL may help describe your proposal. Submit only profiles you control or are authorized to represent, and information you may lawfully share. You must be at least 18 and have authority to submit on your own behalf or for the person or organization you identify. Do not submit passwords, private audience lists, identity documents, financial records, tax documents, payment credentials or another person's confidential information.
Application access does not require an investment, purchase, loan application or payment. It does not change any separate expression of interest you have recorded through the Website.
3. Nonbinding compensation preferences
Your selected reward type, requested figure and other application answers are preferences for a possible discussion. They are not an offer accepted by Broodex, an employment or advertising contract, a commission schedule, a debt, or an earned entitlement. Broodex can accept an application for discussion, decline it or propose different terms. Neither side is obliged to enter a commercial arrangement by submitting or reviewing this application.
Future management-company equity: you may indicate interest in possible equity of a separate management company expected to be formed. That future company has not been formed for this arrangement. No share, option, percentage ownership, valuation, vesting schedule, distribution, voting right or liquidity right is granted or reserved here. This preference does not concern ownership of Tesla, Broodex, a particular vehicle or a confirmed operating fleet. Any later equity arrangement requires an identified issuer, appropriate eligibility and legal review, and separate definitive documents.
Per-car management-fee share: you may indicate interest in a possible share of a future monthly management fee associated with qualifying vehicles. Any requested percentage, including an example of 10%, is illustrative and subject to negotiation. No actual management fee, qualifying vehicle, attribution rule, payment period, eligibility condition or payable base is agreed here. The Website calculator's approximately $700 monthly fixed operating-cost assumption is not an agreed management fee or a basis for calculating your compensation. A future written agreement would need to define the fee actually covered, calculation, deductions, duration and when any amount is earned and payable. This is not a promise of a share of vehicle ownership, passenger fares, investment proceeds or guaranteed income.
Fixed advertising payment: a requested amount and currency are your proposed advertising price, not an accepted order or a promise of payment. Any campaign would need a separate agreement identifying the parties, deliverables, permitted claims, timing, acceptance criteria, usage rights and payment terms. Do not incur costs or publish commissioned work in reliance on this application alone.
4. Email verification and immediate referral access
After you verify the application email, your available chosen referral tag may become active and accessible through the Website's unified account while the commercial application remains under review. Email verification proves control of that email for this process; it does not verify your social profiles, audience figures, legal qualifications or entitlement to compensation. Referral activation and commercial review are separate states.
An active tag permits sharing the public information and nonbinding interest-registration link, subject to these terms. It is not approval of a commercial campaign, confirmation of employment or partnership, or authorization to solicit or arrange an investment. Review status, referral counts and email verification do not cause equity to vest or a commission or advertising payment to accrue. No payment amount is calculated from these counts by this Website.
Referral tags must be available, follow the Website's format rules and not impersonate another person or imply Tesla endorsement. Broodex may decline, disable or address misuse of a tag. Disabling a tag does not give another applicant ownership of the existing attribution history or silently change records already submitted. A tag is an application feature, not an intellectual-property license or a guaranteed permanent address.
5. What referral activity means
The Nonbinding Interest Terms explain first-link attribution, optional manual codes and duplicate submissions. An active signed link can remain attached to the referred browser for up to 30 days. A browser clearing its cookies, using a different browser or device, or submitting through another route may affect attribution. The Website does not promise to attribute every person who sees your content.
Your account shows aggregate registration and email-confirmation counts and, only for registrations covered by the limited-reporting notice, activity entries containing an opaque identifier scoped to your account, a registration date without time of day, and pending or confirmed email status. These entries are pseudonymous; they do not disclose referred names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, form answers, selected budgets or financial qualifications. Do not attempt to identify referred people from these entries or combine them with other information to contact or profile individuals. Earlier registrations covered by an aggregate-only notice remain aggregate-only. Withdrawn or deleted requests are excluded. A confirmed entry means the email was confirmed, not that an investment, vehicle purchase, loan or qualifying compensated event occurred.
These are operational interest records, subject to correction and abuse handling, not a binding commission ledger. Any future agreement would need its own clear qualifying-event and attribution terms. Referral activity alone does not replace that agreement.
6. Truthful sharing and relationships
If you discuss or promote the project, describe its current prelaunch and nonbinding status accurately. Do not promise returns, finalized fees, available financing, a live fleet, guaranteed eligibility, Tesla endorsement or rewards that have not been agreed. Do not collect money, negotiate investment terms, provide regulated advice on our behalf or represent yourself as our broker, authorized fundraising agent or spokesperson.
Clearly disclose any relevant commercial relationship, expected benefit or other material connection where required, in a way the audience can readily understand. An active referral tag does not excuse misleading claims or replace a required disclosure. Refer visitors to the Website's current information and let them submit their own choices; never supply another person's marketing permission or create false registrations. Purchased lists, fabricated audience figures, impersonation, automated abusive submissions and attempts to bypass access or attribution controls are not permitted.
A later paid campaign, equity arrangement or fee-sharing agreement would require its own permitted activities, disclosures and applicable eligibility review before it operates. Submitting this application does not establish an exemption from advertising, securities, employment, tax or other applicable requirements.
7. Data, communications and records
The Privacy Policy and regional supplements describe application information, review, referral reporting, retention and rights. Account sign-in and requested verification or review messages support this application; applying does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional email or SMS, or grant analytics permission. Invitation access, application and account pages do not load Google Analytics.
When the deployment enables temporary internal launch-review copies, outgoing emails are copied for that purpose. Authorized administrators can receive the message contents, including verification or sign-in links and codes, as described in the provider register. Do not put sensitive financial or identity documents in messages or application notes.
Your affirmative application choices and displayed policy version are recorded. Email verification confirms the saved application without accepting an unseen compensation agreement. You can save, print or request copies of these terms and contact us about corrections, withdrawal of the application or deletion of personal information. Privacy requests do not require a new account; necessary ownership, attribution, security or legal evidence may be retained where justified as explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Contact and later changes
Contact support@cybercabcollective.com for application and account assistance, privacy@cybercabcollective.com for information rights, and legal@cybercabcollective.com for legal notices. Broodex's postal details appear in the Operator and Legal Notice.
A new Website version does not turn earlier preferences into agreed compensation, expand an existing commercial contract or create marketing permission. Materially different future arrangements require their own clear terms and affirmative agreement where applicable.
