Email and SMS Program Terms
Separate email and milestone-text choices; SMS delivery is not active.
Version 2026-09-07-legal-v3 · Effective date: September 7, 2026
1. Identified sender and separate channels
The sender is Broodex, Inc for its Cybercab Collective project, mailing address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. General support: [email protected]. Privacy: [email protected]. These terms apply only to communications you request or lawfully receive from this identified sender. They do not authorize Tesla, another sponsor, an unnamed affiliate or a future corporation to send marketing in its own name.
Email and SMS have separate optional permissions. Choosing one does not choose the other. No permission is a condition of purchasing anything or making an investment, and no investment is available on the current Website. An opt-in is not investment eligibility, a funding commitment or consent to advertising cookies.
2. Readiness and update emails
The form separates a requested email when a documented proposal is ready for review from ongoing project news or promotional updates. For a financial-institution inquiry, requested readiness contact concerns a potential future financing-partner discussion, not credit approval or enrollment in an investment. A readiness email may contain investment-related marketing and is sent only within the permission and applicable law; it is not treated as automatically necessary simply because you expressed interest.
Every promotional email identifies the sender and provides an easy unsubscribe. We process opt-outs promptly and no later than the applicable legal deadline. You may unsubscribe without creating an account, paying a fee or giving extra information. Necessary verification, security, preference or legally required communications may continue for their distinct lawful purposes and will not be used to conceal marketing.
3. Optional important-milestone SMS permission
The interest form and supported preference controls let you provide an optional mobile number and separately choose important-milestone SMS. Neither the number nor the permission is required to register interest, receive email, use the calculator or purchase anything. The SMS checkbox starts unchecked. Providing a number without selecting it does not grant permission to call or text you.
By selecting the SMS choice and submitting or saving it, you give Broodex, Inc, for Cybercab Collective, your express written permission to send automated marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide about important project milestones, such as a future sales launch. This is a limited purpose: it does not authorize routine promotional texts, a general advertising newsletter, another project's messages, marketing voice calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or messages from another sender. Milestone messages can be promotional even when infrequent. Frequency depends on important milestones, with no routine sending schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You confirm that you are the current subscriber or customary authorized user of the number.
We are recording the phone number and your choice only. SMS sending, phone verification and a registered project sender are not enabled. Number-format validation and email confirmation do not verify that you control the phone. No text is sent when you submit, confirm by email or save preferences. No phone number is currently passed to Twilio by this Website.
Twilio is the planned delivery provider. Before sending begins, the actual registered sender and supported destinations will be disclosed, phone control and destination eligibility will be checked through an appropriate process, and working opt-out and assistance handling will be in place. Worldwide interest and permission collection do not mean that every country or carrier is eligible for SMS. Actual availability depends on applicable law, carrier support and provider requirements. We will request refreshed or additional permission when required; this recorded choice is not a waiver of those requirements or a guarantee that messages will be sent.
4. Withdrawal, changed numbers and future STOP/HELP
You can change or remove the number and withdraw SMS permission using supported account preferences, a valid secure preference link, or [email protected]. Changing or removing a number revokes its previous SMS permission. A different number requires a fresh, explicit SMS choice; permission is not silently transferred. Tell us if you relinquish your number or are no longer its authorized user. Withdrawing the interest request also turns off SMS permission.
There is no active project SMS inbox, so STOP and HELP replies cannot currently be processed. Before SMS delivery starts, the first message will identify Cybercab Collective and provide a working STOP opt-out. When active, reply STOP to end milestone texts and HELP for assistance. Other reasonable clear revocation requests, including requests through support, will also be honored promptly and within the applicable deadline. A single nonpromotional opt-out confirmation may be sent where permitted; it will not contain advertising or ask you to reconsider.
SMS permission and the two optional email choices are separate. Withdrawing one does not require withdrawing the others. A clear request to stop all optional marketing is honored across the project's optional channels. Necessary nonpromotional records may continue through an appropriate channel for their distinct purpose.
5. Costs, service limitations and changes
We do not charge a separate SMS program subscription fee. Your mobile provider may charge for messages or data. Delivery depends on carriers, connectivity and supported services and is not guaranteed. Messages are not a safety, emergency or time-critical investment channel. Carrier delays do not excuse our duty to process a revocation request appropriately.
We may suspend or change the program, subject to notice and fresh consent when required. A change to these terms cannot transfer marketing permission to an unidentified sender, expand it to voice calls or override an opt-out. Investment invitations remain subject to securities and local promotion requirements even when you have opted into messages.
6. Complaints and records
Contact support or privacy using the addresses above. We record the permission choice, policy version, related number and country, date and change or withdrawal event under the Privacy Policy. Records identify the number as unverified; a stored choice is not proof of phone ownership. We retain minimized evidence and enforce withdrawal choices under that policy. Website dispute provisions apply only where validly accepted and within their stated scope; nothing in these program terms waives a nonwaivable privacy, communications, securities or consumer protection.
