1. Independent project
Cybercab Collective is a project of Broodex, Inc. It is independent of Tesla, Inc and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Tesla. This Website is not a Tesla investment program, reservation system, dealer website or official fleet portal.
2. Names, images and rights
References to Tesla, Cybercab and other third-party names identify products, companies or opportunities relevant to the proposed project. Third-party trademark and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. We do not claim a license, registration status, exclusivity or endorsement merely by making a reference, and this notice does not grant a license to any visitor.
Conceptual visuals or demonstrations do not prove ownership of an actual vehicle, a confirmed production specification, operational readiness or a business relationship. A visual must not be interpreted as a depiction of our operating fleet unless it is expressly identified and supported as such.
3. Commercial status and external information
A manufacturer's invitation to express interest in future opportunities is not our contract, vehicle allocation, fixed purchase price, delivery schedule or network agreement. An external link does not incorporate third-party terms into an investment agreement with us or represent that the external source has approved our interpretation.
We will describe an actual agreement only to the extent its terms and any permitted disclosure support the description. The project may change suppliers or structure subject to later disclosures; no current commitment is made through this Website.
4. Rights inquiries
A rights owner or visitor may send a specific concern, affected page and contact details to legal@cybercabcollective.com. We will review credible reports and take appropriate action. This reporting route does not restrict a lawful complaint or remedy. A disclaimer is not a substitute for any permission or trademark clearance the project may require.
