Electronic Records and Communications Consent
The fourteen policies from the earlier private preview, before the financing-partner questionnaire. No public adoption or effective date was recorded.
Archived policy links stay within this version. Privacy request and provider pages describe current website controls. Historical runtime contact details were not recorded; current settings are not inserted into these archived documents.
1. Limited Website scope
Broodex, Inc offers electronic handling of the Cybercab Collective interest register. This consent applies only to the Website Terms, Nonbinding Investor Interest Terms, this consent, your recorded choices, confirmation and verification messages, preference changes, and related Website notices delivered in the formats described below. It does not authorize a securities purchase, electronic share issuance, automatic payment, capital call, proxy, ongoing investment-account statement delivery or future investment agreement.
This is separate from consent to promotional email, SMS, advertising cookies or international data transfers. Accepting it does not enable those optional activities.
2. Delivery, formats and access
We provide records on an accessible Website page or by email to the address you verify, sometimes with a link to a versioned copy. At this stage records are in HTML or ordinary email format; any downloadable document is supplementary unless a later format is separately explained. You can save, print or request a copy of an accepted version.
You need a working email address, internet access, a current browser capable of displaying the records, and a device with the ability to save, print or otherwise retain them. If future records require a materially different format or technical capability, we will explain the change and obtain any legally necessary updated consent and demonstration of access before relying on electronic delivery of those records.
3. Affirmative electronic action
By selecting the separate electronic-records checkbox with this notice available to open, save and retain, and submitting the form, you confirm that you can access and retain the displayed records and consent to electronic handling within this limited scope. Where an electronic signature is applicable, the identified affirmative action records your intent for the stated Website arrangement only. It is not a signature to an unseen future contract.
We record the notice versions, time, affirmative choices and appropriate verification evidence. We do not treat an automatic email scanner's link visit, a prechecked box or your silence as an electronic signature or a new marketing permission.
4. Paper copies and withdrawal
You may request a free paper copy of accepted Website records from legal@cybercabcollective.com or at the postal address in the Website Terms. We may request a mailing address solely for delivery. Accessible electronic copies are available through support@cybercabcollective.com.
You may withdraw this consent through legal@cybercabcollective.com or the same postal address. Withdrawal takes effect prospectively after reasonable processing and has no fee. It does not invalidate records lawfully provided or agreements validly formed before withdrawal. Because the interest register is online, withdrawal may prevent further online administration of the request; we will explain a reasonable alternative where available or required. It does not create an investment cancellation fee or waive privacy rights.
5. Keeping contact information current
Request a correction to your contact details through support@cybercabcollective.com. The account preference controls manage supported interest and email choices; they do not currently change your name or email address. Failed delivery is not acceptance. We will comply with mandatory delivery requirements. Future offering records require their own scoped electronic-delivery disclosures and consent.
