Email and SMS Program Terms
The fourteen policies from the earlier private preview, before the financing-partner questionnaire. No public adoption or effective date was recorded.
Archived policy links stay within this version. Privacy request and provider pages describe current website controls. Historical runtime contact details were not recorded; current settings are not inserted into these archived documents.
1. Identified sender and separate channels
The sender is Broodex, Inc for its Cybercab Collective project, mailing address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. General support: support@cybercabcollective.com. Privacy: privacy@cybercabcollective.com. These terms apply only to communications you request or lawfully receive from this identified sender. They do not authorize Tesla, another sponsor, an unnamed affiliate or a future corporation to send marketing in its own name.
Email and SMS have separate optional permissions. Choosing one does not choose the other. No permission is a condition of purchasing anything or making an investment, and no investment is available on the current Website. An opt-in is not investment eligibility, a funding commitment or consent to advertising cookies.
2. Readiness and update emails
The form separates a requested email when a documented proposal is ready for review from ongoing project news or promotional updates. A readiness email may contain investment-related marketing and is sent only within the permission and applicable law; it is not treated as automatically necessary simply because you expressed interest.
Every promotional email identifies the sender and provides an easy unsubscribe. We process opt-outs promptly and no later than the applicable legal deadline. You may unsubscribe without creating an account, paying a fee or giving extra information. Necessary verification, security, preference or legally required communications may continue for their distinct lawful purposes and will not be used to conceal marketing.
3. Optional recurring SMS program
SMS enrollment and sending are not currently enabled, and the interest form does not collect telephone numbers. The following terms describe the planned program only and do not mean that any telephone number is already registered or able to receive STOP or HELP replies.
If the program is enabled in your location and you expressly opt in, you authorize Broodex, Inc to send recurring Cybercab Collective project-related marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where used. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This permission is not a condition of purchase, investment, receiving email updates or submitting interest.
The planned program will use a dedicated telephone number registered through Twilio. The actual sender number will be published before enrollment opens. Worldwide availability is intended, subject to applicable law, supported countries and carrier coverage; SMS service is not currently available in any location. It does not include marketing voice calls, prerecorded voice, or artificial-voice calls. Providing a number without the separate unchecked SMS opt-in does not enroll it. You confirm that you are the current subscriber or customary authorized user of the number, not merely someone who knows it.
We may use a neutral confirmation step to validate your affirmative request. Confirmation messages will identify the program and are not a substitute for the required initial permission. We do not knowingly send promotional SMS to an unverified, reassigned, opted-out or ineligible number.
4. STOP, HELP and other withdrawal methods
When SMS is enabled, reply STOP to end promotional SMS. Other reasonable clear revocation requests, including unsubscribe requests sent through support or another reasonable channel, will also be honored. We apply them promptly and within the applicable deadline. A single nonpromotional confirmation may be sent where permitted; it will not ask you to reconsider or contain advertising. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@cybercabcollective.com.
You may withdraw SMS permission without withdrawing email permission, and vice versa. If you clearly ask to stop all optional marketing, we honor that request across the project's optional channels. Tell us if you change or relinquish your mobile number. You may decline marketing while continuing to receive necessary nonpromotional records through an appropriate channel.
5. Costs, service limitations and changes
We do not charge a separate SMS program subscription fee. Your mobile provider may charge for messages or data. Delivery depends on carriers, connectivity and supported services and is not guaranteed. Messages are not a safety, emergency or time-critical investment channel. Carrier delays do not excuse our duty to process a revocation request appropriately.
We may suspend or change the program, subject to notice and fresh consent when required. A change to these terms cannot transfer marketing permission to an unidentified sender, expand it to voice calls or override an opt-out. Investment invitations remain subject to securities and local promotion requirements even when you have opted into messages.
6. Complaints and records
Contact support or privacy using the addresses above. We retain appropriate, minimized evidence of affirmative permission and withdrawal and enforce suppression preferences under the Privacy Policy. Website dispute provisions apply only where validly accepted and within their stated scope; nothing in these program terms waives a nonwaivable privacy, communications, securities or consumer protection.
