These draft terms describe the Cybercab Collective website operated by Broodex Inc. The website is an informational and nonbinding interest-registration service.

Purpose of the website

The project is evaluating a proposed autonomous fleet business. Content describes plans and illustrative possibilities. The website does not accept money, reserve vehicles, issue shares, create investment accounts or enter into investment subscriptions.

Independent project

Cybercab Collective is independent of Tesla, Inc. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, purchase agreement, allocation, delivery schedule or commercial terms should be inferred from Tesla references or concept artwork. Tesla trademarks belong to their respective owner.

Illustrations and uncertainty

Calculator assumptions are sample inputs. The hypothetical $30,000 vehicle price is not a confirmed quote or an all-in investment price. Modeled operating cash is not an earnings forecast, return promise or shareholder distribution. Revenue, cost, reserves, taxes, financing and shareholder rights are distinct. Losses and a complete loss of a future investment are possible.

Appropriate use

Provide information you are authorized to submit. Do not misuse another person’s email address, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or submit malicious content. Secure email links and administrator credentials should not be shared.

Project changes and availability

The project, assumptions, markets and website may change or be paused. We may decide not to proceed. No launch date, vehicle availability or investment opportunity is promised. A city preference does not establish a local fleet or an investment right.

Future agreements

Any future investment would require a separately identified issuer, defined offering terms, applicable eligibility checks and formal documents. These website terms do not substitute for them. Final provisions covering disputes, governing law and liability remain for legal review before publication.
