This notice explains how Broodex Inc. proposes to handle personal information collected through the Cybercab Collective interest register.
Who is responsible
Broodex Inc. operates this website and is responsible for the interest register. Its exact registered address and privacy contact must be verified before public release. A future fleet corporation has not been identified by this website. Information will not silently be transferred to a new operator.
Information we collect
The form asks for your name, email address, country of legal residence, region where applicable, participation type, illustrative model, budget interpretation and contact choices. You may also provide a budget cap, timing, market preference, an optional description of another market, an optional referral code and accreditation self-report. We do not ask for identity documents, tax returns, exact net worth, bank details or wallet addresses.
Why we use it
We use your request to verify your email, record nonbinding interest, understand geographic demand, provide essential notices and contact you when there are sufficiently defined terms to review. Earlier project updates are optional. Registration does not authorize unrelated marketing, calls, texts or the sale of your information.
Storage and service providers
The application is designed to store records in PostgreSQL on infrastructure managed for the project through DigitalOcean. Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) delivers requested emails. Authorized administrators may review and export records. The production hosting and SES regions must be documented before public release, including any necessary arrangements for international processing.
Cookies and technical records
The website uses cookies for private-preview access, administrator authentication and account sign-in. Opening a valid referral link sets a signed referral cookie for up to 30 days, retaining the first active link code and preventing changes to that code in the form. A new browser or cleared cookies will not carry this attribution. It does not install advertising pixels or session replay. Security controls use hashed identifiers to limit abusive requests. We record consent versions, confirmation events and administrative actions.
Country suggestions and referrals
We may use your internet address with a local MaxMind database to suggest a country. This lookup does not send your address to a geolocation service or save the address in your registration. You can correct the suggestion; only your submitted country is saved. If you enter a referral code or follow a referral link, we store its attribution with your first registration. The code owner can see aggregate registration and verified-email totals, not your name, email or individual record. Withdrawing your interest or deleting a record removes it from these totals. Influencer account owners provide their name and sign-in email. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from www.maxmind.com.
Retention
The proposed default removes unverified requests after seven days. Verified requests are reviewed after twelve months of inactivity and ordinarily removed after twenty-four months. Withdrawn requests follow a configurable retention period, with minimal hashed suppression records retained separately. These are proposed operational settings, not legally approved deadlines. Legal holds and a finalized retention schedule may require different treatment.
Your choices and requests
Sign in to your account to change your model size, stop optional updates or withdraw nonbinding interest. Existing secure preference links also work until they expire. Withdrawal is not the same as deleting every record. You may request access, correction or deletion using the verified privacy contact shown below once it is configured. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable requirements.
Changes to this notice
We version the notices associated with each request. Material changes in the operator, purpose or use of data require a separate assessment and appropriate notice before they are applied.
