What your request means

Your selected scenario expresses what you would consider. It is nonbinding, may be withdrawn, and is not a purchase of shares, reservation of a vehicle, allocation of a VIN or entitlement to revenue. No payment is requested or accepted.

Proposed ownership model

Any future investment is expected to involve shares in a U.S. corporation that owns a fleet. Vehicle equivalents are an illustration of scale, not legal ownership units. Share price, class, investor rights, fees, company capitalization and any distribution policy remain undecided.

Worldwide interest and eligibility

Visitors may register interest from every country. This helps the project understand demand. Registration, email verification and any accreditation self-report do not determine eligibility for a future investment. The project may be unable to invite or accept an investment from a particular person or location.

Your calculator snapshot

We store the assumptions and model associated with your request. Illustrative vehicle purchase cost excludes startup expenses, infrastructure, professional fees and reserves. Modeled operating cash excludes financing, taxes, depreciation and startup overhead. It is not the amount payable to you. Actual performance can be worse, negative or unavailable.

Communications

We send an email verification request and essential notices. The next substantive invitation is intended to follow a documented commercial agreement with Tesla and sufficiently defined operating arrangements, economics and lawyer-reviewed offering materials. Earlier project updates require a separate optional choice. No payment instructions will be included in the first readiness invitation.

Referral codes

A referral code records how you found the project. A valid referral link fills and locks the code while its attribution cookie remains valid, for up to 30 days; the first active link takes precedence. Without an active link attribution, you may enter an active code manually or leave the field blank. Repeat registrations with the same email do not replace the original attribution. The code owner receives aggregate counts only. Any future incentives require a separately announced program and its terms; registration and use of a code do not promise payment, discounts, investment eligibility or any other reward.

Changes and withdrawal

You may change supported preferences or withdraw your nonbinding interest by signing in to your account or using a still-valid secure preference link. Withdrawing stops optional updates; retention of information is handled separately under the Privacy Notice. Withdrawal from this list is not a redemption right in any future shares.
