1. Our approach

Broodex, Inc aims to make the Cybercab Collective Website usable by people with disabilities. Our design and improvement target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not an assertion of completed certification, universal compatibility or a legal safe harbor.

The interest form, disclosures, consent choices and legal pages should be accessible without relying only on vehicle images, color, animation, a mouse or dragging a slider. A numerical or button-based alternative to the calculator should provide the same information and choices.

2. Assistance and feedback

Describe the affected page or feature, the barrier, a preferred way to respond and, if helpful, the assistive technology used. Do not send medical records or unnecessary personal information.

We will review the issue and work to provide a reasonable accessible alternative or correction. You do not need to invest, enroll in marketing, disclose a diagnosis or waive any right to request assistance. Assistance does not bypass investor-eligibility requirements or create a financial commitment.

3. Ongoing review and third parties

We intend to evaluate keyboard navigation, labels, contrast, error messages, reading order, focus, responsive layouts, motion settings and accessibility of embedded services. External websites may not be controlled by us, but we will consider an alternative when an essential step relies on an inaccessible third-party feature.

We do not claim that installing an overlay or publishing this statement alone achieves compliance. Material known limitations should be addressed through the assistance process and remediation work. This statement does not limit any applicable accessibility right or legal remedy.
